Confidentiality and Privacy of Matrix Assessment Sessions

All staff involved in the Matrix Assessment service are bound by strict codes of professional conduct and confidentiality. We will only disclose the information we obtain in the ways that have been agreed with you, unless we are required to do so for safeguarding or legal purposes.

We expect all participants in Matrix Assessment sessions, including parents and children, to respect and support everyone present. This is not likely to be difficult since everyone will have had direct experience of the difficulties we are trying to identify.

We also require you to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of everyone present or involved in any way in a Matrix Assessment session.
